Throbbing feeling

Has anyone gotten a bfp that had a throbbing feeling and swollen feeling in their vagina? I only get this feeling when I’m in my second day of my period but I’m still a week out from my period. I started having these feelings yesterday along with cramping. I am either 7 or 8 dpo
