C section recovery tips
I unfortunately will be having my second c section tomorrow due to no progress and baby is suspected to be very big. Anyone with a good c section recovery have any tips? My recovery after first c section was awful - my incision reopened, developed a hernia, and sharp pains when moving too quickly that never went away (I got pregnant again two years after my c section). During recovery, I took it as easy as I could - didn’t lift more than 10 pounds. Maybe did more twisting/moving than I should have but otherwise I don’t know why my recovery was so awful. All tips appreciated, especially now that I’ll have a toddler and newborn to care for.
