No fetal pole, no yoke sac

Went to my ultrasound today. By my LMP I am 5 weeks 2 days. The gestational sac was measuring 5 weeks, 5 days. There was no yoke sac or fetal pole. Anyone else? Outcomes?

UPDATE: I went back Wednesday (6 weeks 2 days). They did a repeat ultrasound and found a yoke sac but, still no fetal pole. No heartbeat. The ultrasound tech made me feel like that was okay. The doctor has scheduled me for a D&C on Monday. Im so torn. Am I holding on to a pregnancy that’s going to miscarry anyway? Or is my doctor jumping the gun?
