FUSSY BABY. HELPPPP

So for the past couple of days my 3 week old son has been super fussy. While hes eating (EBF) he seems irritated and unlatches and re latches himself over and over. It also seems like he has a hard time pooping and just grunts and cries. He no longer takes long naps and seems like hes always awake just fussing. Idk if its something in my diet thats causing him tummy problems or maybe hes not eating enough. Did your LO’s go through this and what helped?!
