Ovulation after miscarriage

I had a natural miscarriage on Dec 19th. I was 4 weeks along. Bled for 5 days and then on the 30th-1st I had EWCM. I don’t use strips to check for ovulation btw. Dr said we could try whenever we felt ready so we have. Was just wondering how many of you have ovulated within 2 weeks after an early miscarriage and became pregnant before you got your first AF back? I still have 10-12 days before glow says to expect AF (which I know could be off due to having a MC)
