Bad sperm??

My husband and I have been ttc for over 2 years now I’m just wondering at this point is it even possible?

My husband’s friend had sperm issues and they conceived successfully on their first round of ivf. They also have four or five frozen embryos I think that they could transfer later if they decide to. I’m sure it’s possible to conceive naturally but it’d take very careful planning and possibly a very long time to catch a good one at the right time. Good luck! 🌈🌈
