I removed my own Mirena IUD.

Ok so before I start I am well aware that this was not the safe way to do this but I did it anyways. I have had a Mirena IUD in the past and it actually expelled out so removing mine was nothing compared to the scare I had back then. My hubby and I want to try for another baby so I just decided I would do it myself after all my last IUD fell out and I lived so with that in mind I just went for it. I really don’t want to explain how I did it because I don’t want anyone trying this at home. In my case I felt no pain and it slid right out. Afterwards I’ve had a little cramping but nothing to crazy and absolutely no bleeding (at least not yet) But now that it’s out I’m so excited and can’t wait to start trying to conceive 👶🏻🤰🏻🤱🏻🍼
