Been trying to conceive 1 year now my husband just got on meds for his diabetes anyone had luck getting pregnant while husband has diabetes

Not my man but myself. I got pregnant as a type 1 with really uncontrolled blood sugar- it was unexpected. I’m unsure if high glucose effects fertility or not 🤷🏻‍♀️

My brother in law his diabetic and they surprisedly got pregnant ! He was suppose to have kids since his semen goes to his stomach instead of him finishing like normal idk some stuff like that my sister told me it was a miracle she got preggo
