Sore hips... and one else?

So I’m only 6 weeks and my hips are sssssooooo sore is anyone else like this what can I do to relieve the aching ? 😐

My hips ached for days to the point my hip almost gave out on me while walking a few times (I've seriously had to catch myself).  I've found what helps a little is sleeping with a pillow between my legs. Helps my hips to stay 'open' while sleeping.  Make sure it's a firm pillow!

Yes. My hips are aching so badly. I’m 9 weeks 5 days. Ugh

My whole body hurts,  hips,  back,  and legs.  Maybe a massage? Or ice? I haven't found a  solution

I’m currently soaking in a warm (not hot) bath see how that goes ... didn’t have this with my other 2 🙄 crazy how different each pregnancy is
