IB? period?

On December 27th, I had safe sex.

However we noticed a small hole in the condom after.

Unsure if it happend during sex or after.

My period was on 18th December-22nd December.

My suggested fertile period was December 31st.

My next period date is 18th.

I popped an after pill just in case.

Today I'm having period like cramps and brownish/reddish spotting. I also noticed this clot/blob of blood on the emergency pad.

Is my period early or is this implantation bleeding?

When should I test?
