Surgery scheduled for January 9....

I found out at my six week scan (back in October) that I had fibroids. Two weeks later I started to miscarry due to the fibroids. Had a D&C on October 19. I am now going in on January 9 for a Myomectomy to have 4-5 fibroids removed. The biggest is 6.5 cm and it is pushing on my uterus lining. I am a little nervous. I am 36 years old and I’m good shape (go to the gym almost everyday). Anyone have any advice for recovery?
