Need some advice ladies please 🙏🏽

So I’m about 5 to 6 weeks pregnant 🤰🏽 with my first. And I’ve been losing some appetite but not really. I don’t really have any cravings as well. But I want to start eating more and more. Pre-pregnancy I was eating a lot and ate almost everything and now I eat a few bites and I’m full or feel like throwing up or actually do throw up 🤢. I eat fruits and crackers between meals but my meals aren’t always finish.

Any advice on what to eat to gain more weight and to be healthy for my baby as well!
