Faint lines not getting darker :(

Hey ladies, I first tested on Monday and got a vvvfl which actually darkened as the test dried, tested again Tuesday, again a faint line that got darker as it dried but not quite as dark as the previous days (dried) they were both about the same faintness (haha if I can use that word 🤦🏻‍♀️) within the time frames. Have been testing since and the lines just aren’t getting darker but are still there! I’m having cramping but no bleeding and I actually was sick this morning and two days ago in the morning aswell... I’m just wondering has anyone had faint lines that took a while to be dark positives and still had a healthy pregnancy?
