Posting for my friend * miscarriage - May be sensitive *

My best friend had a mc approx 10 weeks ago. It was twins around 9-10weeks. She had a d&c sometime in December

She’s done the normal tests after and she had two negatives at the end of December but today the 4th jan it’s positive .. here’s the pics

So you can see 30/12 negative

29/12 slight line

But today the 4/1 it’s very positive ??

Could she be pregnant again?

Is it still a mc... we are confused because this means her HCG must have risen?!

Any advice would be great! Or personal experiences
