X-ray scan

Back in 2015 I had Hodgkin’s Lymphoma and that must have been one of the toughest year of my life. Thank God I was able to beat it and it has not returned since. Well just like any other cancer, I have to get checked every 6 months to make sure I’m still in the clear. I got a call today saying I have a chest x-Ray tomorrow and I made sure to tell them I was 4 weeks pregnant. They assured me that I will be fine because it’s only targeting my chest and that they will cover my abdomen area. I immediately googled it and read several articles from the bump to American pregnancy association and they all say it’s only to get chest x-rays. I’m just so nervous and on the verge of not going because I don’t want anything to happen the little one. Anyone been in my position?
