Fibroids

So I recently had a MRI of my pelvis to determine where the benign fibroid was and it’s on the inside of my uterus. It’s 5cm. I asked my doctor if that’s stopping me from getting pregnant and she said there are women that has 4-5 and still get pregnant and then there are women that have 1 and can’t get pregnant at all. Fibroids don’t dissolve do they? Do you have to have surgery to have them removed. I’m nervous, concerned, and worried. Anyone in this group know about fibroids? Please comment 😐
