I think I'm in preterm labor

I've been having off and on back pain for a few days now , now its constant, stomach keeps tightening and I have the feeling I have to poop off and on. I gave birth to my previous child at 34 weeks I'll be 33 weeks tomorrow with this baby. Do you think this is preterm labor with my previous I had a placental rupture so I was bleeding. And the problem is i have 3 other kids 1 is in school and two of my youngest are home with me my husband is at work and his boss wont let him leave I have no one to watch my kids to get checked out till my husband comes home. What the hell do I do I hate being in this position. Plus I cant stay at the hospital if I am I literally have e no family or anyone to take care of my kids because my husband needs to work they were on his case big time when our other child was born and had a NICU stay this whole situation just sucks.
