Wtf is happeniiiing?

I hear a lot about people’s cravings since I started telling people I’m pregnant (I’m about 7-8 weeks). But I feel... broken?

The things I have been able to eat are things like plain oatmeal (with water not milk), unseasoned meat, and lemon water. But I also feel completely miserable if I eat ANYTHING as a full meal.

So I think maybe if I’m just constantly eating small but maybe kinda boring but good for me things that might help? Anyone have any ideas for these snacks?

I’ve scoured Pinterest and various pregnancy recipe articles but everything is just way too much... muchness?

I’m going to the doctor Monday, so I’ll definitely talk to him. But I don’t imagine he’s gonna be able to hand me a bunch of recipes, just tell me what I should eat.
