Any tips for restless legs at night??

Any tips for restless legs at night? I’ve tried Benadryl but it made it way worse! Any tips would help. I feel miserable with no sleep.

Eat bananas. Also, I would have my husband massage my legs really hard and it did help. I would also just get up and walk around sometimes

Don’t try sleeping aids when you have restless legs! An ingredient in there makes it 10x worse 😫 lol. Up your iron and magnesium intake. And vitamins! lol it helped me. 😋

Magnesium spray helps a lot.  So do epsoms salt baths.  Anything with magnesium is a good idea
