Random anxiety?

Man.....I'm 7 w pregnant and during this early stage I find myself going through anxiety it's a feeling where you feel like running outside and get air a feeling in your chest you feel your heart rate go up....like it's a very uncomfortable feeling I dont deal with anxiety but that's what I think I'm feeling it's so random i feel it more in the evening hours....why???? I didn't go through this with my other kids this is brand new to me I need to talk about it in my first appointment next week because it freaks me out I hate feeling this way....
