31 weeks and I think I’m going into labor!

I’ve been having contractions a lot went to lnd 3 days ago to find out I was 1 cm dilated on the outside. Today I woke up completely exhausted and just felt like crap! Went to the doctor I’m now soft as well as 1 cm and I’ve been banging contractions out since I got home they are kind of at bay when I’m sitting or laydown but when I get up holly shit!!! I’ve been feeling sick to my stomachs too with a headache.
