Okay, so it seems that every time I have sex (which isn't often bc of our living situation) it seems like a couple days after, I ALWAYS get a yeast infection!? Why??? Does this happen to anyone else??

This happened to me and it was his body wash, he changed to Dove sensitive body wash and I stopped getting infectiond!

Start taking probiotics, limit your sugar/carb intake, and drink lots of water. Sperm throws off your pH balance and if your body doesn’t have adequate good bacteria to restore the acidity you’ll get an infection.

When you treat yourself, do you treat him too? Maybe afterwards eat a ton of yoghurt or soak a tampon in yoghurt and insert it and see if that helps prevent an infection. I've done this myself and it really helps, but now I just make sure I eat a lot of yoghurt in general.
