Flu shot or no flu shot???
Apologies if this topic has already been discussed. I usually do not get a flu shot, but everyone is telling me I should. I’m 14 weeks now. I don’t want to end up getting a bad flu and having some pregnancy complications from it, but in general I am wary western medicine and know that the flu shot can also have some side effects. Any thoughts? Any alternatives?
