I got this pain in both of my ovaries and this came out! 23 weeks

I’m 23 weeks and I got this weird static tingly pain feeling in both ovaries for like 10 seconds and I felt “wet” I wiped and this came out. Is this okay? Also on progesterone suppositirs for a short cervix.
