Red dots/bumps on nipple

I’m trying to think of the best way to describe this.. I’m in the TWW and I was ready to step in the shower when I noticed I have dark red, raised bumps on my nipple. My nipples are a little tender and seem a bit bigger than usual..

Could this be pregnancy related or is it common after ovulation??
