Visited old home town in California and it ended badly.

Hey guys so last night someone broke into our car. They broke the window and stole everything in outback seat. We walked away for 20 minutes to watch the sunset at the pier and walked immediately back. That was when we saw our window was broken and everything was gone. We had just gone shopping that day and we brought some of our stuff with us because we were leaving in a couple days so we decided to put some stuff in our car. This included my dad’s camera equipment which is about $8,000 total. (We didn’t know if we’d use it for the sunset until we got there in which the sunset was already setting so we didn’t want to waste time getting it out) and also my laptop in my bag because I’m in nursing school and I study during break and I’m also a photographer and edit on there. And that was a $1700 dollar computer. So we lost lots of things. And I know. Things are things and can be replaced eventually. But. I lost this bag that held some of my camera stuff and laptop. And I hate losing memories. It had about 40 $10 patches on or in the camera bag from around the world. So it’s probably already thrown away but I lost it and it’s worth a shot putting up on every social media outlet I have. Because I see them on as I travel so it truly is a one of a kind bag and no one but me could have had it. So if you see someone with it... I don’t know. I just want to know. And I want to put out there that we had parked there lots of times before because we used to live there but then moved to Texas (so we had Texas plates and that’s probably why we were chosen) and we also covered everything with blankets so it’s not like we were stupid about it. We literally ran to the pier across the street and ran back. Probably less than 20 minutes and it happened.
