Concerns ttc while overweight?

Question

I’m 250 lbs. We’ve been ttc for 4 months. I have regular cycles. Should I be concerned about being able to get pregnant - or carrying a full term healthy baby?

I was 300lbs and got pregnant at 35 and had a gorgeous healthy boy at 36 so no!

I got pregnant at 256 lbs and had a totally normal pregnancy and a very healthy baby

I have 7 children 4 were conceived when I was overweight long as your weight isn't tied to your uterine health you should be ok.

That's where I was when I started ttc, I'm currently down to 238 because I read that losing weight can sometimes jumpstart your fertility, but as long as your weight doesn't effect you (no heart problems, no diabetes, etc) you're fine, that's what my obgyn told me.

I was 220, I'm also 35 years old, took us 13 months but we did it without any help. Currently 16 weeks and so far everything is good and baby is super healthy.
