Positive orrrrrr...

Ok so I’m just about 4 days late. I took a test on the first day late and it was negative. So I waited and then today I took one and it appeared to be negative. But, yes I know I’m not supposed to, something told me to look at it hours later and I think I see a line. Also today I started to have this like thick white discharge. I know super gross. But I’ve taken tests before and I’ve never had an evap line and I’ve never had this discharge either before. So I’m low key freaked out.. thoughts??
