Anyone had this happen?

I am being monitored by the EPAU because i have a medium size uterine fibroid so i had a scan last Thursday and nothing could be seen not even a sac had bloods taken they more than doubled so everything was good. Had a follow up scan yesterday i was thinking i was more 7 weeks but the tech said i was 6 weeks we saw a heartbeat everything looking brilliant. Then she said there is an area next to the sac which she thinks is a small bleed that will disappear and be reabsorbed but she said she cant rule out twins at this point! So i am going back in 2 weeks time for another scan.

Has anyone else ever gone in and seen one baby then gone in 2 weeks later to see two? Or had the tech say they cant rule out twins at this stage?

Has anyone else had a bleed inside the uterus? I have had no bleeding whatsoever no cramping and everything feels fine.

Just wondering if anyone else has experienced this before?
