Tampons don't disintegrate 🤦‍♀️ dont flush them. I dont care what kind of plumbing system you have. Water treatment plants hate your tampons too

However, I only use the little skinny tampons. (which are made for light days; my af is never heavy)

I’ve always thrown them in the trash. Where I grew up we always had problems with the pipes in the yard, every few years we had to have someone come out and cut out bad parts (due to tree roots) and put in new. Wrap the tampon in a little bit of toilet paper and put it in the trash.

Haven't flushed them since we needed plumbers because my mom and I backed up our houses pipes with them 😬
