Ways to help get pregnant?

Help! We have been trying 8 months with no luck which isn’t surprising our daughter took 1 year to get pregnant with and I have been having issues with my period this year. We have always just tried the old fashioned way is there anything that can help boost the odds we are getting close to finishing trying as our other children are getting older almost 13 8 and 4. I want to give it one last shot and hoping you ladies can help me boost our chances this month thanks!
