37 weeks today and absolutely miserable

So as of today I’m 37 weeks along and I’m miserable I’ve been having to either leave work or call in because the pain is so unbearable I can hardly walk at times I have sever cramping in my lower abdomen. 1cm dilated getting contractions every now and then but not close enough together to be considered active labor baby is head down still active, stomach does get a little tight but no pain like a contraction. Fiancé and I do have sex but NOT VERY OFTEN and DR said that is okay. What can I do?? DR hasn’t told me what I can do and I do see my dr tomorrow morning....
