Early testing

Guys I need some advice. I'm an early tester because I have to be on hormones at the first hint of a bfp. Some of my miscarriages were done and over with right when my period was due, some not. But all were found at 7-10 dpo, using the dip strips and then followed up with blood work and the beta hell, the up and down and back up game. Does my early bfp results mean that any future pregnancy will be caught early, or is each pregnancy different? I'm between doctors or I'd ask one 😊 the one I was seeing doesn't know what's going on. I always suspected they were ectopic since I'm a reversal patient, but 4 ectopics to resolve on their own with no treatment sounds like too much of a stretch. I know these are medical questions and no one can probably answer them, but any advice would be very much appreciated. I have had an hsg which was inconclusive. My Dr couldn't even see my tube (I only have 1) but I got pregnant that cycle and even he couldn't explain it. I've read hernia mesh and scar tissue can interfere with ultrasounds and I have both. Anyway I'm sorry for such a long post. I'm posting a test from this morning in the comments, I'm pretty sure it's a bfn. Thank you for reading!
