Fell down the stairs yesterday 😭

I am absolutely miserable now. Not sure exactly what happened or how/why, but I was walking down the stairs from my bedroom with my 2.5 year old when one leg went straight forward and the other rolled back behind me. Luckily my belly didn't get hit on anything, but the doctor still didn't even check on her. He was a worthless doctor overall and no help whatsoever. Had me discharged before he even talked to us. Pretty sure j have a broken toe and a pretty bad sprained ankle and he diagnosed just a sprained foot. No boot, no wrap, just crutches, and he spent maybe a total of 2 (very distracted) minutes looking over my foot and didn't even bother checking my ankle. Told me to take ibuprofen. I am so annoyed and in so much pain right now.
