Is douche safe?

After douching I noticed my discharge looking very chunky. Kinda like cottage cheese  and my vagina smelled like bread.

No that is not safe, never do it again unless your doctor tells you to, but honestly I've never heard of a doctor telling someone to do that. You can get infections and irritation from it. Sounds like you got a yeast infection

If you smelled like bread down there you may have a yeast infection. Douching is awful for your vagina
