Dog fell onto my belly? 18 weeks

I can’t help but be paranoid after my dog fell onto my belly yesterday. He’s 55 lbs and when he naps he has to lay right next to me. Well he’s not used to my pregnancy belly sticking out so when I was laying on my side in bed he plopped his whole body right onto my belly. It didn’t hurt too bad aside from the fact that I was really bloated and felt a lot of pressure that way. No bleeding or cramping. Baby has been moving since. Is there any potential for risk here or do I need to calm down?
