Finally gaining
I know I should be happy after having severe hyperemesis the first trimester and losing weight, but it’s harder than I thought. I overcame anorexia 3 years ago, after my heart stopped in July, following an 18 year battle. Never thought I would see my 30s, let alone get married and be expecting! I talked to my therapist and thought I was prepared but I’m just scared about the thoughts that are coming back.
