Kicks super low , not moving much

So I’ve been feeling my little girl for a few weeks now. I’m 21 weeks. The last two days she hasn’t moved much but when she does it’s in my low low abdomen.

I was nervous because I wasn’t sure she was okay since she wasn’t moving . I have a fetal Doppler and I was able to find her heartbeat but she feels super low.

Anyone have any experience with this ??
