Clear blue digital ovulation tests

I bought these last night, got a peak fertility result, and the smiley face never went away.

And then I tried to test again this morning and nothing on the screen changed. Is it broken, or did I do something wrong? 😂

It didn’t get wet either so I’m confused as to why it’s acting weird
