To call or not to call

I was laying in bed for a couple hours and then got up because I couldn’t sleep. When I got up I feel some liquid come out of me and found that my underwear was wet, not soaked through just wet. It was pretty liquidy, not thick like discharge, and somewhat slimy. I changed my underwear and put some toilet paper in to see but my discharge has been sort of yellow my entire pregnancy and when I wiped it was a bit more yellow than usual, which makes me wonder if I should go in right away in case it is my water and could be meconium.
