My husband and I are going to TTC again this summer. My dad, husband and other family members are involved in team lean (a community weight loss competition) and lots of people lose 100+ lbs and it’s nuts cause it’s only 8 weeks. So I made the goal to lose the last 48 in the next 60 days. My husband has lost 100+ lbs before in six months. I doubt I’ll make the full 48 cause I’m not going to starve myself but it may come as a shock to my body don’t you think? Has anyone done this and TTC shortly after? I worry that my periods will be even worse. They’re already hit or miss.
