Pregnant or not? Birth control changed period

I used to be on birth control for 10 years, off of it for 1 year and now I’m on it again (month 4).

Since I’ve started taking BC again my period has always been quite off. This past week I started spotting on Tuesday and stopped Friday. Now that I’m on placebo/period week I maybe squeezed one drop of blood out. My test says negative. Did my period switch to last week? Chance of being pregnant and test was too early? I feel kind of crampy now and was sure I was pmsing last week and was super emotional. Not sure what’s going on with my period and this BC.

Seeking someone with a familiar situation to ease the mind.
