Old piercing irritation..

This makes me immediately regret ever getting my belly button pierced as a teen..I haven’t had a ring in it for years. Please tell me it won’t split open! 😰 the thought makes me want to hurl..the thin piece of skin has felt tight for a few weeks now and then tonight, after putting some cream on my stomach, I feel a burning sensation around the top hole. Look down and this is what I see..I’ve been moisturizing it along with my belly multiple times a day since my 1st trimester in hopes of preventing it from ripping..ignore my belly hairs lol pregnancy has caused my belly to get hair
