Devastated!! 😫 Can't take it no more!

Has anyone here had scabies while pregnant.. is the worse you can have🤢😫 I have tried so many things to get rid of it before baby comes & im scared I'm 38 weeks today & I can't get rid of it I need help ladies?! I can't sleep cause of the itching..
