Measuring behind

I’m 7w4d and I had my first ultrasound yesterday. We saw a heart flicker, but the embryo was measuring at least a week behind. My doctor said it’s possible that there was late implantation, but obviously it’s more likely to be something else. Please say a prayer for us this week.
