I need sleep
35 +1 and would do some disgusting things to get a solid 5 hours of uninterrupted sleep.
I’ve tried melatonin, Benadryl and Dramamine. I don’t want to take too much of the last two since it’s more medicine than anything.
Using essential oils, taking baths, reading before bed... all of the suggestions.
I’m a teacher and I have no choice but to power through all day without a break.
Any suggestions or is this just my life?
