Should I go to the doc or not?

My doctor prescribed an antibiotic that was pregnancy safe. It gave me pounding headaches, a sore throat, and heart pain/palpitations. Then this morning at 4, I got up to pee. The toilet bowl was full of blood. I panicked, woke up my s.o. and he calmed me and said the bleeding was probably from my kidneys bc that's a side effect too. Okay. Well I'm pretty sure that all that red red blood came from my vagina, considering I just had some DARK red/brown? Blood come out of me. Ive got no back pain or cramps. I'm on the fence, I'm only 4 weeks so it's not like the doctor can tell me much. Should I wait it out? Or go to the dr. I have an appointment friday.
