Over eating and pregnancy

Hi! I’m 31 weeks pregnant and I’ve been told I eat poorly (which I know) but I’m super picky and I’m always hungry. I know I should be eating healthier for my baby but I just have a hard time. I used to weigh 130 (never gained weight) and i weigh 181 now. That’s a lot!! I feel horrible for eating bad but Its what Im used to eating.

Advice?... please no rude comments, I know what I’m doing Is bad and i know the consequences. And I’m super sensitive lol.
