Vitamin question!
So I’ve been taking Geritol and zinc. I just got myo inositol and fish oil in the mail. But my question is, is the pre natal better than geritol? Or should I just keep taking the Geritol? Or should I switch to just the pre natal? I’m not taking both.
I have pcos.
