Pregnant with IUD?

I got my iud (Mirena) put in almost 3 months ago. For a few weeks I’ve been feel really nauseous. It’s at different times of the day. I also have noticed lately that I have some discharge (doesn’t smell and I’m not uncomfortable so I don’t believe it’s an infection), but it’s light yellowish greenish. Sometimes I feel it drip down my leg if I’m not wearing underwear. I thought I got my period back (after having my 2nd daughter 5 months ago) because I bleed fairly heavy one day and had cramping like I normally do with periods, but it has never happened again. That was well over a month ago. I also had light pink spotting about a week or two ago. Are these symptoms of the mirena, Or could I be pregnant? I’m also breastfeeding, so I’m wondering if it’s from that and not drinking enough fluids.
